  • Prohibit unnecessary contact between trainees and require them to maintain a distance of at least one (1) metre from each other when undertaking fitness or exercise drills or while not actively playing the sport;

SCREENING AND RESPONSE

  • Screen each individual entering the Academy using thermal scanners at the designated entry points. Do not allow individuals with high temperatures or even a low-grade fever (37.3 C or more) to enter/remain on the Academy premises;

  • Instruct all trainees (or their parents/guardians) and staff members to report to the Academy if any of them is feeling unwell or has developed any of the symptoms of Covid-19 on the Academy premises;

  • Frame a response plan that will be used in case a trainee or staff member is found to be Covid-19 positive. This must include, at minimum, information about the channel and process of reporting of any infection or possible exposure to Covid-19, the designated single point of contact regarding any queries for Academy staff and shutdown protocols. The response plan must be communicated to all staff and be easily accessible;

HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS

  • We undertake regular cleaning and sanitization of Academy premises including between training sessions or staff shifts, and particularly of frequently used and high contact areas and surfaces within the premises, including equipment.
