Sports, as most of us know, positively impacts an individual in numerous ways. It teaches one to be collaborative, competitive and improves behavior and self-esteem too. However, it also teaches one to think on their feet, deal with defeat and think up ways to act in situations when things may not be in one’s control. They will get to test these skills as they participate in competitions and interact with other clubs.
